Using fitness through core calithenics this innovative personal training program for young men  is designed to help them approach their changing bodies confidently. As they develop their fitness through personal training targeting core muscles, their spine and their circulatory system their confidence gets a boost. Our program is led by a team of certified and experienced personal trainers who have diverse backgrounds and expertise in different fields and disciplines. Our trainers are passionate and dedicated to helping your children achieve their personal and potential goals. Our trainers are also friendly and supportive, creating a positive and safe environment for your children to learn and have fun. These trainers are experts in a type of training that involves jumping, running, changing directions and doing explosive movements. This type of training helps your adolescent to improve their power, speed, agility, coordination and balance. It also helps your adolescent strengthen their core muscles, especially the Psoas, which helps them move and stabilize their hips. Our pylo agility trainers have backgrounds in sports, dance, gymnastics and parkour. They use their skills and experience to create fun and challenging workouts for your adolescent that will boost their sense of self value and metabolism. 

These trainers are experts in a type of training that involves lifting weights, using machines, bands or bodyweight exercises. This type of training helps your adolescent increase their muscle mass, bone density, joint stability and posture. It also helps your adolescent strengthen their lower back and abdominal muscles, which support their spine and prevent back pain. Our strength trainers have backgrounds in bodybuilding, powerlifting, calisthenics and CrossFit. This type of training helps your adolescent improve their endurance, stamina, heart health and blood flow. It also helps your adolescent enhance their oxygen delivery, nutrient transport and waste removal. Our cardio / endurance trainers have backgrounds in running, cycling, swimming and rowing. They use their techniques and tools to frame the STROKE program for your adolescent that will challenge their cardiovascular system and burn calories while empowering their self concept, self love and sense of value.

These trainers are experts in a type of energy healing that involves placing hands on or near the body and channeling universal life force. This type of healing helps your adolescent relax, relieve stress, heal and balance. It also helps your children harmonize their chakras, which are energy centers in their body. Our reiki trainers have backgrounds in holistic medicine, spirituality and meditation. They use their intuition and skills to hold STROKE training sessions with your adolescent that will calm their mind, body and spirit while helping their sense of self love to surge.

These trainers are experts in a type of physical, mental and spiritual practice that involves poses, breathing and meditation. This type of practice helps your children enhance their flexibility, mobility, strength and awareness. It also helps your adolescent to activate their core muscles, especially the Psoas, which is connected to their diaphragm and their emotions. Our yoga trainers have backgrounds in various styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram and Ashtanga. These trainers are experts in a type of combat, self-defense and discipline that involves striking, grappling, blocking and dodging. This type of training helps your children develop their confidence, courage, focus and respect. It also helps your children engage their core muscles, especially the abdominal muscles, which protect their vital organs and generate power. Our martial arts trainers have backgrounds in various disciplines, such as Karate, Taekwondo, Judo and Muay Thai. They use their martial arts style structure to frame engagement of the STROKE program for your adolescent
